Your plan can deal with many students’ problems. However, I still have a question. Your plan is like a system. It needs strong backup capabilities. Most universities could do it, but there are many middle schools or primary schools that have not enough financial support. Under this situation, I think we can make a phone call to these students before the new class begin once a week. We can tell them tasks of this week and let them prepare. They could hand in all homework together. We can also send all materials to their home before the semester begins.
